    We thoroughly examine the income and expenses of each opportunity and identify areas to implement expense reductions and increase income, not by just simply raising rents, but cutting down on turnover, vacancy, collection losses and low or no concessions.     Henry Jaffe

    Henry Jaffe has over 20 years of experience in both the commercial and residential real estate industry. He has completed over $300 million in real estate transactions and has deep experience managing properties. Descended from a four-generation family-run commercial office and residential high-rise contracting and construction company in Bethesda, Maryland, Henry has a keen understanding of the dynamics of real estate, which enables him to provide clients the support needed to make the process enjoyable and rewarding for all parties. He offers clients a unique background, not only as a top producing real estate professional, but an award winning marketing lead for numerous fortune 500 companies. Henry is well versed at analyzing investment properties and realizing opportunities to create efficiencies and maximize value. In addition, serving as a member of a Zoning Hearing Board for over four years has given Henry valuable insight into land use ordinances and variance request procedures associated with property right issues.

     

    He received his Bachelor’s Degree from Kutztown University and was awarded the Dianne V. Dockery Award for Outstanding University Graduate in Advertising. Henry is licensed in Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
     

    Henry, his wife and two children live in Delaware.
